Alzheimer's Support Group & Cafe

What:

The Alzheimer’s Support Group, intended for family caregivers, is a forum for people providing care to share issues, concerns and to receive suggestions from others who have faced similar situations.

The Alzheimer’s Café is intended to be a social setting for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.  People living with Alzheimer's disease are welcomed to gather in a supportive, non-clinical setting to chat, relax and socialize.

Dropping in for a cup of coffee or refreshment and simply visiting with others in a risk-free, judgment-free environment may present someone dealing with Alzheimer’s with an opportunity to get out of the house and have a welcomed change of routine.
