First Nations Diplomacy Opens the Portsmouth Door (John Paul Jones House Museum, 43 Middle Street and Strawbery Banke Museum,. 14 Hancock Street, Portsmouth NH 03801) The 300th anniversary of the 1713 Treaty of Portsmouth looks at the New Hampshire frontier and First Nations’ ideas of diplomacy -- and at Portsmouth growth -- before and after the Treaty with the English, using original documents and resources, some for the first time.

All proceeds go towards buying new books and materials for the Library. The library takes used book donations by appointment only.
